Term and termination

Liability
Tunis Business Center takes the measures necessary for its infrastructure to run properly. It cannot be held liable for an interruption caused by an external event, in particular a power cut or an operator-side internet outage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
