Can I register my company at your address?
Yes. Our domiciliation contract lets you register with the commercial register, as well as with the tax authority, the CNSS and all Tunisian administrations.
What is the entry price for a registered address?
The Entry plan is 80 TND per month. It includes the commercial and tax address, mail reception and access to meeting rooms at preferential rates.
What happens to my mail?
We receive your mail and parcels, then handle them according to the instructions you leave us: held at reception, forwarded on, or notified by email on each delivery.
Can I try coworking before subscribing?
Yes, and we recommend it. The 35 TND Day Pass gives you a full working day with no commitment.
What is the minimum term for an office?
Our private offices are let from one hour to several years. You can change office size mid-contract as your headcount changes, without renegotiating a lease.
Is there parking?
Yes, a car park is accessible directly in the basement of the building, for you and your visitors. Dedicated spaces can be reserved with your office.
How good is the internet connection?
The center runs on a 100 Mb fibre optic line, wired in every office and available over WiFi throughout the building.
What are your opening hours?
The center is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
Where exactly are you?
Immeuble Sarra, Boulevard Principal, Les Berges du Lac 1, 1053 Tunis. We are five minutes from Tunis-Carthage airport and five minutes from the city center.
Are your meeting rooms open to non-clients?
Yes. Our rooms are let by the hour or by the day, whether or not you are based here. Registered-address clients and coworkers get 10% off.
