Data we collect
Only what you send us through our forms: title, surname, first name, company, email address, phone number, service required and the content of your message. We collect no sensitive data.
Why we collect it
To handle your quote, tour or booking request, and to get back to you about it. Your data serves no other purpose and is never sold or passed on to third parties.
How long we keep it
Requests with no follow-up are deleted after twelve months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the legal retention period applicable to accounting records.
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic on an anonymised basis. No advertising cookie or third-party tracker is set without your explicit consent.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to contact@tunisbusinesscenter.com. We respond within thirty days.
